The Saddle Room encompasses the cherished traditions of dining at The Shelbourne, developed over generations. This is a reassuringly timeless and elegant dining room with a relaxed atmosphere, old-school Irish service and a menu full of classic favourites.

Exclusive Moments with the Best Taste and Style

Capable of seating up to twenty guests, The Saddle Room's private dining rooms offer all the comfort, style and old-world service of The Saddle Room but in an intimate and private setting.
 
With  two private dining rooms available for lunch or dinner, both with their own unique style and decor. The Martyn Turner Room presents original prints from the acclaimed Irish Times cartoonist and The Trophy Room, an intimate private dining space, making both the perfect place to celebrate any occasion.

  • What are the opening times for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

    Breakfast is served from 6.30am to 10.30am during the week and from 7.00am to 11.00am on the weekend. Lunch is served from 12.30pm to 14.30pm from Monday to Saturday and from 1pm to 3pm on Sundays. We are open for dinner daily from 5.30pm to 10pm (last seating at 9.45pm).

  • What are the menu options for lunch and dinner and the prices?

    For lunch we are offering a two and three course set menu created daily by our chefs priced at €26 for two course and €30 for three course meal during the week and €30 for two course meal and €34 for three course meal on the weekends. For dinner we are offering a two and three course set pre-theatre menu, served until 6.45pm, created daily and priced at €32 for two course and €37 for three course meal. Our two and three courses set Table d’hote menu is available from 7pm and it is priced at €42 for two course and €50 for three course meal. Our A la carte menu is available all night.

  • Do you take reservations for breakfast?

    Breakfast bookings are subject to availability during the week. Due to a large volume of hotel guests joining us for breakfast we do not take any breakfast bookings on the weekend.
